On sale for a reason I guess
2007 Corvette the over the axle pipes came in incorrect contacted Borla with pics new pipes won’t get sent out for two weeks ,that’s great “sarcasm”

They sound SWEET!!
Totally plug and play the instructions are through and ……. If by chance you can’t read….there are pictures. I would recommend removing the fuel cell heat shield as defined in the directions don’t worry you will install it back later. Loosen the x pipe from the cats. This will make removal of you old mufflers easier. Do NOT tighten until you line up the pipes in the rear make sure you have clearance on the heat shields on both sides. Then go for a cruse and enjoy the new sound!!

This exhaust sounds Amazing, I could not be any happier with it.
I read all the reviews on several exhaust and kept coming back to this Borla Exhaust. I was very concern on how loud it would be because I have a C6 Convertible and did want it to be ridiculous with the top down or up. I had a muffler shop install it and they said they have never done a Corvette exhaust that went in so easy so they dropped their installation price by $50. The exhaust tips are bigger than the OEM versions and they look incredible. When starting the car it has a low rumble and really wont wake up the neighbors while I’m backing out of my garage. The exhaust gets more aggressive when driving and if you get on the gas hard it sounds ridiculously amazing. I can still listen to music or have a conversation in the car. There is 0 droning even with my convertible. I hope this review is helpful to someone and I hope everyone is a happy as I am with their exhaust system as I am.

Sounds like a corvette now!
I’ve searched for over a year to try and find the right exhaust for my wife’s 07 corvette convertible and this system didn’t disappoint! It’s an overall fantastic exhaust and sounds incredible. Extremely happy with this purchase and Borla is a great product!

Loud – Very Loud
I just purchased a corvette with this exhaust installed. I understand it adds 4 hp to the engine – that is an increase of 1% and 99% of Vette owners will not notice this. I had the same make and model Vette previously with the standard exhaust. Compared to that one this one is really, really loud. How Loud? Motorcycle Loud. Your Neighbors Hate You Loud. I’m going 70 And This Drone Is Killing Me Loud..So It’s pretty loud.I’m going to have to swap it out for something quieter. It’s made very well and if your are looking for a well made exhaust system that will have everyone turning their heads to look at you – and 50% of them giving you the finger – this is the exhaust for you.

Sounds amazing!!
This exhaust makes the Corvette sound like it should. The stock exhaust is so very quiet. This borla “stinger” exhaust system which is also known as “S Type” (not to be confused with S-Type 2) sounds totally amazing. It’s quiet at idle not drawing any attention but when you get into the throttle it really sounds like a Vette should. I have not noticed any drone at highway speeds in 6th gear around 1500 rpm at all. This is all from a stock car with stock manifolds. It may lose its manners as you mod more heavily. It also has an amazing rumble sound off the gas that just never ever gets old and is sure to have you smiling the whole time you’re driving. This exhaust gives you the whole experience of driving a Corvette. I really don’t see how anyone could be disappointed with this exhaust. Buy it! You’re gonna love it!

pain to install but amazing sound
This exhaust is amazing. the install on the other hand, was terrible. The right side had to be reworked. I took it for installation at my favorite mechanic. they wound up having to take it to a muffler shop for pipe adjustments.The sound from the exhaust is a 10!!! some drone but I love it. reminds you that you ARE driving a sports car!!!If the pipe didn’t have to be readjusted, it would score a perfect. that is the only thing you have to deal with. take it a muffler shop, not a mechanic. save time and money.

Borla sounds amazing !!!
This is my second Borla exhaust I’ve run on one of my Corvettes. My C-5 has had a Borla system for 12 years. It has been flawless since day one. Just picked up my 2007 Corvette from the muffler shop today. The Borla -S type system sounds amazing. No drone and not too loud at idle or cruising speed. When you open it up, it sounds like a Corvette should. One of the best sounding exhaust systems for a Corvette in my opinion. Highly recommended over the stock exhaust system.

AMAZING!!!
Absolutely love this exhaust system on my 2005 Corvette! Arrived with all hardware needed and was installed by a local muffler shop 100% bolt-on with zero wields. Shop owner told me that Borla makes the best Corvette exhaust systems and after having it installed, I have no reason to disagree. Sound is not too loud, but deep. Absolutely rips on high RPM and burbles & pops on deceleration. Its the kind of exhaust that makes you want to drive the car more & more just to hear it. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!

THIS MAKES MY CORETTE SOUND LIKE A CORVETTE. ITS REALLY MELLOW AT IDLE AND HAS A BIG BOY SOUND WHEN I LAY INTO THE GAS PEDAL.
